We do not accept returns of fresh, refrigerated, or frozen products to ensure food safety.
Accepted Cases for Return/Exchange:
The product arrives damaged.
The product received is different from the order.
The product has expired upon receipt.
Return Request Period:
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Clear photos of the issue must be attached.
Return Procedures:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within (3–7 business days).
Or the product can be exchanged for another at no additional cost in accepted cases.
